DIY Network Says “I Want That!” to Four Merlot Clients

The 2020 Design & Construction Week (DCW) is all about the latest products and technologies for kitchen, bath and building products. For three days, trade show attendees walk the show floor to see the latest trends in the industry, and with over 2,000 exhibits, there is a LOT to see.

Every year, the DIY Network films a special DCW episode of their hit show “I Want That” at the trade show, and the 2020 edition was especially must-see TV for Merlot Marketing.

We tuned in to see four of our home and building category clients featured throughout the show: THOR Kitchen, INOX, Forza, and KOVA.

The episode ran a total of five times on the DIY Network and once on HGTV for over 2.3 million combined TV impressions.

Securing earned media coverage for our clients is a key part of Merlot’s trade show strategy. Our team starts reaching out to editors and producers months in advance with product previews, but it’s the innovative choices and industry-first creations by our clients that make incredible coverage like this possible.

The full episode from DCW 2020 is available on the DIY Network website with a cable subscription, but take a look at the products that were featured in the show:
