Facebook Tip of the Week: Engage with comments

When a user leaves a comment, respond to them as soon as you see it. Ask them questions and drive more conversation. People like to feel a personal connection to the pages they follow and it makes your page feel more human as opposed to computer. Even liking their comment is better than ignoring it.
