The Most Powerful Brands Have Identified the “Why?”

My colleague/fellow blogger, Julie Peterson, recently shared this video with me and I found it very interesting and powerful. Simon Sinek has a simple model for inspirational leadership all starting with a golden circle and the question “Why?” It illustrates how the world’s most powerful brands/leaders have identified why they do what they do and then work from the “inside out.” His examples include Apple, Martin Luther King, and the Wright brothers.

It’s pretty lengthy at 18 minutes but there is great information in the first 5-7 minutes.
