We “True-ly” enjoyed our visit to New York

Merlot Marketing and True Residential headed to the Big Apple this fall for two jam-packed days of media speed briefings. With the opportunity to meet with top-tier editors from industry-leading publications, this was a trip for the books! Over the course of two days, the team met with media outlets, walked 14.5 miles, took 23,678 steps and ordered more menu items than we’d like to count.

During each meeting, Steve Procter, Director of Sales and Marketing at True Residential, discussed the importance of a balanced kitchen and the concept of mise en place, a philosophy commonly found in the commercial restaurant space. He also gave the editors an inside scoop on some of True’s innovative new products, including the True 42 refrigerator and the energy efficient Clear Ice Machine.

As we reminisce on our trip, we want to share a snapshot of our New York adventure, and give another huge thank you to all the editors for being such gracious hosts.
