It’s not every day that a national franchise owner claims Sacramento, California, as the site of his company’s best opening by far. And it’s not every new business that garners coverage in all of Sacramento’s major television and print media outlets. With Jake the Giant Crustacean, we created the perfect storm of opportunity and helped McCormick & Schmick’s launch two new locations with a bang.
